hi, can I bill out 36415x4 for Glucose tolerance test blood collection since blood drawn 4 times? or is 36415 billed out once per day?

36415 is generally billed once per day, no matter how many times you have to do a blood draw that day. For a test like GTT requiring multiple draws, it is still once.
