Our patient had a peripheral blood draw CBC 36415, 85025. Labs reviewed with the doctor and he asked that another CBC be drawn from the port for comparison. Port was accessed and a second CBC done. Can I charge for both CBCs? Because the physician also did a level 2 OV I know that I cannot charge the 36592. thanks
