Wiki blood glucose and fingerstick

Is is appropriate to bill a 82962 (glucose, blood by glucose monitoring device cleared by the FDA specifically for home use) along with a fingerstick 36415?

36415 is a venipuncture, the fingerstick is 36416, and we were told these were bundled.

The concern with with bundling of the 82962 and 36415. Are these bundled?

If so, where do you find that?

I've been looking and I found it as an Anthem policy, but not a CPT bundle?
