I have an ER visit that I am trying to find a dx code for. The patient just simply has blood in his mouth. No injury, no lesions, etc. His final dx is blood in mouth. Can someone please help with a code for this?

I'll will not agree with 459.0

If you check in ICD 9CM book

Hemorrhage--->mouth, leads to 528.9 which is a direct code
