What CPT code do you use for a blood transfusion done by a provider and what is the reimbursement for it? I found 34360 but can't find an actual $ amount to see if it is a service we want to start offering or not.

34360 is for a fetal blood transfusion.
is that the code you were thinking of?

36430 is for blood transfusion.
and there are other, specific codes between the two.
