Does anyone else draw labs in their office and send them out to the lab and bill them with a 90 modifier? If so, did you read the article in Blue Review that effecitve April 2009, you can no longer bill for the labs? The labs have to be billed by the entitiy performing the tests? Does this make sense?
Just curious if anyone else has read this?
