Wiki Blue Cross sending claims to Value Options

Good afternoon! I work in a primary care office and recently BCBS has been denying all "mental health" codes from our facility (i.e. depression, anxiety, adhd) and telling us that we need to send the claims to Value Options for processing. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have any additional information on this???
 
I work for a group of counselors in Michigan. There are a few BCBS plans that manage the behavioral health aspect through ValueOptions or Magellan Behavioral Health. In these cases we have to send our claims to ValueOptions or Magellan instead of BCBS.
