The below codes have been paying very very well with Blue Shield...

I am having a nightmare of a time dealing with Blue Shield right now! For both RTC and RTC w/ detox. My RTC is reimbursed really low and my RTC w/ detox is flat out being denied. If I could pick your brain - I'd love to!!!
