I need some direction on this one. 30520 just doesn't fit.

The procedure note states the following:

" The septum was bluntly reduced using a Goldman elevator returning it to a more midline position and then the turnibates were coblated on setting 2 and 6 watts and 3 on coag and coblate lesions were created in the submucosal tissue of the turbinates at various areas where the turbinate was very prominent"

There were no incision made as in the typical septoplasty.

Does anyone out there have any suggestions.
