Wiki BMI codes for pediatric/adults

I have that the BMI codes go from ages 2-20 yrs of age for Pediatric and 21 yrs and older for adult but I have been getting some claims denied. Are these still the correct age ranges or did it change. I did some research but I could not come up with anything. Thank you for your help!
