If the weight is documented, the height is documented, but no BMI is documented, being that the weight and height is all you need to calculate the BMI, can I code for the BMI?

No. You cannot take BMI code in your scenorio unless otherwise your provider instructed.


But you can verify the BMI value with use of height and weight values.

Do you have a resource I can give to my team who seems to believe they can calculate from height and weight no matter what I say.
