With the new hearing aid codes. If only the abutment is replaced in a BAHA are we using 69717 or the unlisted code 69399?
The abutment was previously removed and is now coming in to have a new abutment placed in the same location.
Punch biopsy was used to remove the skin over the implant. The implant was visualized, 6mm abutment was placed and screwed into place.
