So I received a denial from BCBS for the injection code 96372 for the Morphine given before a Bone Marrow BX, as well as an EKG performed the same day, saying that it is inclusive to the procedure, has anyone else got this denial? If so, do you know if all insurances go by the same rule? Thanks.
