If multiple clot sections are done a bone marrow biopsy, can the pathologist bill for multiple 88305 cpt codes?

Bill 88305 (plus 88311 decalcification if performed) from multiple documented sites in gross and diagnosis. We sometimes get clots or biopsies from 2 sites and bill if documentation included.
