Bone Marrow in office

A patient of ours had a bone marrow procedure done in our office. The right side was attempted and an aspiration was obtained. The biopsy was attempted 2x without success. The left side was then preped and attempted to get a biopsy 2x without success. How would you suggest this be coded?

It would be helpful to see the report to see exactly what was documented. I'm assuming he did not discontinue due to the patient experiencing problems (difficulty breathing, etc) so 53 modifier would not work. My first thought it to bill for the one bx he finished with a 22 for the extra work/time on the other side, but I would really need to see how the doctor documented the surgery.
