Bone marrow with NP

My doctor performed a bone marrow biopsy and aspiration with a NP for teaching purposes. The NP was also involved in performing the procedure. They both signed the procedure note. How should i bill this ? Under just the oncologist or under the NP with the oncologist as reffering ?? thanks

This is considered over the shoulder supervision and is billed under the physician.

I would bill under physician.
