Hello … would anyone have a used copy of the book below for sale? The costs of the book brand new for me is not affordable and I was wondering if someone has a copy to sale for half the original price.

Check Amazon. They sell all kinds of used books, even ones that are out of print.
There are also several Facebook marketplace groups specifically for coding related materials.
A few offhand...

The Medical Coding, HIM, and CDI Marketplace (not sure of exact link, but you should be able to find by searching that group name)
JFAMC Yardsale (not sure of exact link, but you should be able to find by searching that group name)
