Hello-

I just wanted to get some feedback........if the documentation states "minimal" or "rare".
do you treat that as "borderline"...and not code?

Im curious to see how others code..

Don't know what situation/context you're referring to but I have doctors use a diagnosis of diverticulosis when they find 'rare diverticula' in the colon during a colonoscopy.
