I have been fighting with BCBS of MI regarding Botox. They state I cannot bill 43236 with J0585. This is how I have billed all Botox cases for the past 2 years and this is the first time they have denied it. I have done a level one appeal and they are still denying it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what other CPT I could use for injecting it?
