Hi Everyone,
Quick question, we have a provider (an NP) that wants to start doing Botox and HRT injections in our Rural Health clinic, can this be done? I have tried researching (Google...not sure if a friend on this one
) and I see that some are saying to use CPT 64612 to 64615 and others say to just use 11950-11954. On the botox, it might be for migraines (she wasn't real clear on why she would be doing it). On the HRT, I am thinking this might be covered by insurances? I am wondering what other RHC's are doing and how they are billing these two procedures.
