botox injections 64616 and 64615

if my provider is injecting the neck B/L (64616 for cervical dystonia, and also injects a couple places in the head for headache ( temporal , corrugator) would there be a separate cpt code for the injections into the head muscles? or does 64616 supersede and cover all these areas?

help is greatly appreciated
