Wiki Botox injection for the bladder

We are about to do a botox injection on a patient. I know the 53899 that you bill. I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me what they've been reimbursed for this procedure?? I know it will differ froms state to state, but our Administrator is wanting to see if we can find out what other practices are recieveing. Also do they reimberse for the J0585 or no? Any help you can give would be fantastic!! Thank you!!

We have done Botox injections but on hands/feet and armpits and have been reimburesed. I have never billed out a 53899. We did have to get a pre-auth to get reimbursed. We did also get reimbursed for J0585. I believe we had to pre-auth for the J code as well.
