Our provider is doing a tarsorrhaphy using Botox. I need some assistance on how to appropriately bill this. Would we bill using the tarsorrhaphy codes 67875-67882 or would it be appropriate to bill using 64612? Also can we bill separately for the drug using J0585? Any assistance would be appreciated.
