Hello! New to Botox and Xeomin coding and injections in general. We buy & bill our Xeomin with most of our patients. We have recently encountered that Xeomin isn't a covered option for some due to their insurance. Are you allowed to bill the Botox JCODE that is covered by their insurance even though Xeomin was used? I don't think this is OK to do since they have 2 different codes and 2 different reimbursements, but I'm trying to prove a point to one of our docs. I've googled and read many articles, none of which say that you can but at the same time they din't say that you can't. Thanks for any information on this.
