Can anyone please tell me if there is a CPT code to report vitals taken by doppler US. There is a patient with an LVAD who requires his vitals be taken via doppler and the provider is sure there is a code he can report for this. I have searched but cannot find anything. Would this just increase the E&M level? Is there an appropriate CPT code to report? Thanks!

No. This is for our Anticoagulation Clinic. The patient comes once a week and since they cannot hear his BP taken traditionally, they they use doppler US.
