Wiki BRAF Testing V600E vs V600D, V600K, & V600R

I know there's a code for V600E which is 81210 but I've been trying to make sure the other V600 mutations are not included in the 81210 and can only be coded with 81479. Does anyone have a link or documentation they can send me to print out for my Exec's?
