Hello.
I'm new to Bravo billing.
When the physician prints off the Bravo report to interpret it, and there is no patient visit in the office that day, how do I bill for it? I'm assuming I would bill the 91035 with a 26 mod. My concern is that it is not attached to an E/M code.
