BRCA 1 gene mutation/family history

Hello,

I have a patient who carries a deleterious BRCA 1 gene mutation and has a family history of breast cancer. The patient also had a mastectomy as a preventive measure. Patient had visit to discuss additional preventive options. So, I have come up with the following Dx codes:

V16.3: Family history of breast cancer
V84.01: Genetic susceptibility to malignant neoplasm of breast
V45.71: Acquired absence of breast & nipple

Do I need an additional code for the visit itself?
