Wiki Breaking out supplies for Therapeutic Hypothermia

My ED manager has asked me to research whether or not the supplies used for therapeutic hypothermia can be billed out separately. I know this procedure is billed under critical care, but I cannot find any information on whether or not the hypothermia pads and tubing can be billed separately. Can anyone help guide me to this info? I've looked under CMS and researched the internet.
