Hi Everyone,


My doctors would bill for 19301 " partial mastectomy" with add on code 19297 " Placement of Radiotherapy catheter" . I have followed the CPT guidelines, and I was correct. I was then informed that insurance will not cover for that code, instead to use 77424. Has anyone had issues with this before? Is their any literature that I can verify this?
