How would you code breast abscess excision:

Incision was created, abscess tissue was identified and completely excised. Cultures were taken, specimens were submitted. Wound was irrigated.
 
Since the Dr did not mention how deep it was we can't use 19020, so unless he does an addendum to explain further I would go to the 10060 code in the Integumentary System for Incision and drainage of abscess. Hope that is helpful. If he could give you more info you could use the 19020. :)
