When coding multiple biopsy sites can you code for each clip placement for facility and provider?

I myself have both certifications for CPC & CPC-H. I dont code for physicians any longer, but I do know that they (physicians) can charge for multiple clip placements as well as the facility. As I'm sure you already know, just make sure that your clips are placed in different lesions for appropriate reporting and the dictation clearly supports the charge.
