THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY INFORMATION ON THIS TOPIC!! CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW THE FACILITY IS BILLING FOR A BREAST BIOPSY DONE AT ASC FOR FACILITY CHARGES ONLY? MY RADIOLOGIST DID THE BIOPSY SO I AM CODING 19083, IS THERE A HCPCS CODE THAT WOULD COVER FOR FACILITY CHARGE?
