Doctor stated he did a wedge biopsy was taken from the left nipple areolar , complex, deep down through subcutaneoustissue, obtaining some subcutaneoustiossue as well. path report came back as skin with chronic dermatitis - 692.9 unspecified causeof dermatitis, looking at 19120 but 692.9 dont seem right on editst hat match up to cpt . Am I over looking something ?
