Looking for guidelines. Patient had 2 needle biopsies on the same side. One was done with Stereotactic guidance and the other with Ultrasound. 19081 for Stereotactic would be the first, but is the 2nd ultrasound guided billed as secondary 19084 or will that be seen as no primary done???:confused:
