HAs anyone heard of or billed for a new breast cancer assay called Oncotype DX? If so what are you billing (CPT code) and how much are you charging. Thank you. :)
 
81519 and CMS Reinstatement of S3854 effective 7/1/2016

Does anyone know why CMS is reinstating S3854 after just deleting it effective 1/1/2016? From what I am finding, S3854 was a code that could be used until 10/1/2015. I am finding references that state to use 81519 in place of S3854 effective 10/1/2015. Thanks!
