We have a had a conflict surface with the hospital when ordering a right diagnostic mammogram on a breast cancer patient. She has left breast cancer with acquired absence of left breast. Currently still on chemo and doctor ordered a diagnostic mammo on the right. The hospital doesn't agree that this would be diagnostic and insists it would be screening. What are your thoughts, suggestions?

This issue never surfaced until ICD10.
