Patient had a removal of intact prothesis (expander )left and insertion of permanent prothesis. Then had an excision of dog ears on right breast, 7cm closure, and fat grafting to latissmus flap for symmetry.

looking at code 11970, 20926 and is implant code L8600, and the excision of dog ears on breast included? or do I hAVE all wrong codes .

11970 for replacement expander with perm. prosthesis.
look at 19361 that might be the one for latissimus flap. Without reading the note it's hard to say.
