Patient had a first stage reconstruction with implant placement.

Now comes in for revision to the implant whereas the doctor removed the existing implant, revised the capsule and performed a capsular flap and then placed the same implant back into the pocket.
Usually the implant is replaced for a new implant either larger or smaller.

How would you code this?

I was thinking 19380 and 19340
