We have a patient that has bilateral breast implant. She is needing a left modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer and a prophylactic simple mastectomy on the right. Can I bill removal of the breast implants with code 19328 or is it considered part of the mastectomies?

For 19303 &19307 shouldn’t add 19328 in addition. Already bundled
