The post-op dx on op note lists breast mass; pathology report reports gynecomastia.
The op note is not written as a mastectomy for gynecomastia, so i am inclined to charge 19120 instead of 19300. mas and "some of the surrounding breast tissue" was excised.

Does my choice make sense. gynecomastia dx was after the fact, should i include it?
