Wiki Breast Procedures - oncoplastic surgeon

We have a general surgeon that has a 2nd specialty as oncoplastic surgeon. She is doing skin sparing mastectomy with manipulation of patients own breast tissue or skin to form a new mound. Sometimes she does flaps. She also does a goldilocks procedure, which she takes the patients own tissue for reconstruction, & I have found an article where 2 surgeons developed this procedure, however I can't find any coding information for anything. I have searched the web for any information, and keep coming up with nothing. Is there anyone that has any idea how to code for these procedures? Any help would be welcome.
