Please advise on the CPT for below CAD:
Here is a statement:
"After sterile preparation of the skin and use of 5 cc of buffered lidocaine, a 7.5 cm 20 gauge needle was placed through the clip at the 12 o'clock position of the left breast under mammographic guidance with CAD."

I am unable to find a code for CAD done with mammographic guidance. Share ur thoughts.
