Is autologous fat grating included in CPT 19380, or is this a seperately reportable procedure with CPT 15770?

I bill this seperately from the reconstruction. I also make sure that it is one of the codes that is prior authorized through insurance and the Dx I use is a deformity code of some type like 612.0 or 612.1 where the reconstruction is usually due to a dx of ca or history of ca.
