Wiki Breast Reduction with Free Nipple Grafts

Recently my surgeon performed a breast reduction with free nipple grafts, and after doing some research it seems like free nipple grafts are non-inclusive to breast reduction surgery. Both nipples were completely removed as a full thickness skin graft, defatted, and placed in a saline sponge for the duration of the procedure until re-attached. I am unsure if this should be coded as a nipple reconstructed with a 52 modifier (19350-50-52), or a regular full thickness skin graft (15200)?
