Sometimes our surgeons perform a revision of reconstructed breast by multiple fat grafting spots and scar revisions. I know this is considered a revision. But I cannot find any thing if they also perform a mastopexy on the same breast. Can I bill 19380 and 19316 together for one breast? Per CCI edits there is no issues but I cannot find anything saying it is appropriate for one breast. Thanks for your thoughts.
