Wiki BREAST SCAR RELEASE / REVISION CPT CODE?

I need help to determine the correct CPT code.
Patient had breast implant removal and breast reduction in January 2022. (Implants were cosmetic 20+ years ago - not Cancer related)
She is scheduled for Scar Release & Revision. Is this coded as Complex Closure 13xxx or Breast Recon 19380?

per CPT guidelines if a limited procedure of revision is done say just the scar revision and has a defined code then the more specific code should be used instead of 19380.
19380 if revision is done say flap readvancement or significant tissue removal or capsular revision with combined soft tissue excision in implant-based reconstruction.

CPT 19380 is for a reconstructed breast. The OP stated that this was not breast reconstruction, it was a cosmetic augmentation. 19380 would never be used in this situation. 19328 + 19325 is used for the breast implant replacement in a native breast (non reconstructed). (See Coding Clinic 2021 Q4)
