Hope someone can help me out. This patient is 6 months old and was born breech. The dr ordered that the pt get an ultrasound of the hips, 76885. The dr used the 652.20 code for Breech presentation, which is a newborn code, and is wrong. The infant isn't having any problems, no clicking, no displacement. What would the dx be? I can't code signs and symptoms, there aren't any. Would this even be medically nessessary?
