Good afternoon, A pain management physician we work with uses Brevital for his in-office sedation. I am having a tough time getting this paid by Medicare. I have included the medication name, dosage, NDC#. I am thinking maybe this code is not covered by Medicare? Does anyone have any information on this? All help is very much appreciated!!
