Our radiology group has been having reimbursement issues with a broker doing business as PDM (Professional Diagnostic Management), and MBR Placer... they are based out of Roseville, CA. We've received notice that they have liquidated their assets and are requesting to negotiate their outstanding debt with our group at a reduction of 30% of their already ridiculously low rate! Is anyone else familiar with them? Does anyone know if they are actively doing business in California?
 
You can contact the Better Business Bureau in California and see if they have anything on them as an active business. Also, Dun & Bradstreet might be helpful.
